Memory card may be full; download images to a computer and reformat the
memory card.

Battery terminals may have dirt; wipe the battery terminals with a clean,
dry cloth.

Ensure charge is plugged into the wall outlet.

Turn off the device; then, turn it back on

To ensure the accuracy of temperature measurement, you are recommended
to wait for 5 to 10 minutes after turning on the thermal imager and before
temperature measurement.
