8-20-4 File Format
The default file formats are IMA for photos and IRV for video. Users can change
the file format to JPG for photos and AVI for videos.
Choose the file format as follows:
1.
Press the C Key until the file format box
is selected.
2.
Press either ◄ or ► on the directional pad to change the file format from
IRV and IMA to JPG and AVI.
3.
Press and hold the C Key for 2 seconds to close the menu.
8-22 Device Software Upgrade
The device may periodically need a software upgrade or patch.
Contact customer
service to receive the latest software upgrade or patch.
THE UPGRADE PROCESS TAKES ABOUT 15 MINUTES. ENSURE THE DEVICE IS
CHARGED BEFORE UPGRADING. IF THE DEVICE LOSES POWER DURING THE
UPGRADE, THE UPGRADE WILL FAIL AND THE DEVICE MIGHT BE UNUSABLE.
8-20-5 Storage Information
Storage information shows in the bottom right corner of the screen.
8-21 GPS
Users can enable GPS setting to obtain geolocation information. Enable or
disable the GPS settings as follows:

Press the C Key until the GPS icon is selected:

Press + on the directional pad to enable GPS. Press - on the directional
pad to disable GPS.
3.
Press and hold the C Key for 2 seconds to close the menu.
GPS information only appears on the screen and does not show on the captured
image or video.
