3-3 : Adjusting Cold Storage Temperature of Storage Tank
This adjusts the cold storage temperature of the
storage tank. High number indicates that the storage
temperature will be high and small number indicates
that the storage temperature will be low.
If the ingredient storage temperature is too low, it can freeze the ingredients in the storage tank
and if the ingredients storage temperature is too high, the ingredients in the storage tank may
decay).
