Display Serial Number 

Command “ \s ” (bac lowercase S) 

 

Command Compatible With: 

Link | LinkUSB

 

 

This command displays the hardware serial number of certain LINK

TM

 devices. The serial 

number is displayed followed by <CR><LF> and is formatted the same as all devices.  
 

The Link and The LinkUSB

 family codes are 0xFE 

 

The Link and The LinkUSB

 serial numbers are for registration and software validation 

purposes. Each device serial number is guaranteed unique. At the present time, the Link and the 
LinkUSB serial numbers do not participate in any searches and cannot be changed after 
manufacturing.  
 
Please refer to the 

Important Information

 section for information on the serial numbers of the 

LinkHub-S and LinkHub-E.
