The INQUIRY command requests the parameters of the target to be sent to the initiator.
A CmdDT bit of one specifies that the file shall return the command support data information identified
by the Page Code field in the CDB.
An EVPD bit of one specifies that the drive return the vital product data page identified by the Page
Code field in the CDB
