Parameter List Length is ignored by the Target if the SlfTst bit is set. Otherwise it should be set to
the length of the page to be transferred in the Data Out phase of the command. If it does not match

Illegal Request and additional sense of Invalid Field in CDB.
If the SlfTst bit is set upon command completion, the following status is returned:

The self diagnostics consists of two parts

The first part is executed immediately after power up. This test is performed to verify all hardware
which is not related to the disk drive. The local microprocessor, RAM (scratch pad and buffer), and
control electronics are included here.
