Introducing the IBM Personal System/2
Model L40 SX
The IBM' Personal System/2' Model L40 SX (hereafter referred to as
the Model L40 SX) is a new generation of IBM personal computer.
Because of its compact size and light weight, it can be easily carried
from place to place. Furthermore, the rechargeable battery makes
the Model L40 SX well suited to operate outside an office
environment, such as in a car, train, or other place where no external
power source is available.
Although the Model L40 SX is small, it can support a wide range of
application programs compatible with the IBM Personal Computer
AT'.
The distinctive qualities of the Model L40 SX are:

High-resolution liquid crystal display (LCD)

Memory expandable up to 18 MB
