With the default settings, as shown in the figure above, the frequency will be
measured at each period and timeout is not active.
In mode
3 (pulse width/duty cycle)
, the
parameter
“timeout” is available. For a
parameter description refer to chapter 7.4.4.6.
The timeout is not active in the default setting (= 0 µs).
Show encoder inputs
True: the raw encoder digital inputs (A / B / N / MF) are displayed additionally in the
“Digital” tab.
False: the raw encoder digital inputs (A / B / N / MF) are hidden.

Number and type of the analog signals depend on the selected encoder mode, see
„General“ tab.
ibaPDA scales the calculated analog value to the target value with the appropriate SI
