la pressione massima ammissibile del
terreno, è possibile calcolare con la
seguente formula l’area minima (A)
della superficie d’appoggio

Per evitare problemi di perdita di
stabilità è fondamentale inoltre non
appoggiare gli stabilizzatori in
prossimità di scarichi, tombini,
fognature, pozzetti, fossi e, in generale,
su qualsiasi superficie di cui non si è
certi possa reggere la forza massima
degli stabilizzatori (vedi §A.1.7).

B.8.5 VISIBILITÀ

L’operatore deve sempre operare in
condizioni visive tali da avere una
perfetta visione dell’intero raggio
d’azione della macchina, dei dispositivi
di comando, di emergenza e di
sicurezza (vedi §A.7.2).

In caso contrario deve farsi aiutare da
un collaboratore qualificato.
Questi deve, tramite segnali manuali,
con ricetrasmittenti o cellulari, guidare
l’operatore della gru. I segnali devono
essere di chiara ed univoca
interpretazione.

A tal proposito, per evitare malintesi,
vengono proposti i segnali sotto
descritti:

] the maximum pressure

permitted on the ground, the following
formula can be used to calculate the
minimum area (A) for the support
surface

To avoid loss of stability do not place
the stabilisers near drains, manholes,
wells, ditches and in general on any
surface unable to support, with
certainty, the maximum force of the
stabilisers (see §A.1.7).

B.8.5 VISIBILITY

When using the crane the operator must
have a perfect view of the entire range
of machine use as well control,
emergency and safety devices
(see §A.7.2).

If necessary seek the help of a qualified
assistant.
The assistant must use hand signals,
radio transmitter/receiver or mobile
phone to guide the crane operator.
Signals must be clear and unequivocal.

To prevent misunderstanding the
following signals are suggested:

Das Mindestflächenmaß (A) der
Auflagefläche kann mit folgender
Formel berechnet werden. F

 [daN] ist

die maximale Kraft des Abstützzylinders
und P

 [daN/cm

2

] der maximal

zulässige Bodendruck.

Um einen Stabilitätsverlust zu
vermeiden, muss unbedingt darauf
geachtet werden, dass die Stützen nicht
in der Nähe von Abläufen, Gullys,
Kanalisationen, Brunnenschächten,
Gräben und generell auf keinem
Untergrund aufgestellt werden, von dem
man nicht sicher ist, dass er die
maximale Krafteinwirkung der Stützen
aushalten kann (siehe §A.1.7).

B.8.5 SICHTBARKEIT

Der Kranführer muss stets unter
Sichtbedingungen arbeiten, die ihm
eine perfekte Sicht des gesamten
Schwenkbereich der Maschine, der
Bedienelemente, der Not-Aus- und der
Sicherheitssteuerungen gestatten
(siehe §A.7.2).

Andernfalls muss er sich von einem
qualifizierten Assistenten helfen lassen.
Dieser muss den Kranführer mit
Handzeichen, Empfangs-/Sendegeräten
oder Mobiltelefonen anweisen. Die
Zeichen müssen klar und
unmissverständlich sein.
