5.

Lift the filter cover up and remove the filter element.
Dispose the filter element in an environmentally safe
manner.

6.

Clean the
- inside of the filter bowl of any course dirt
- the sealing surfaces on the filter bowl and filter cover.

7.

For easier installation of the filter element, moisten the
O-ring on the filter element with the operating medium /
oil.

8.

Press the new filter element down into the filter seat by
turning it slightly.

NOTICE! Do not use striking tool for this.

9.

Check the O-ring on the cover for damage, if necessary
replace it.
Slightly moisten the O-ring on the cover with an operat-
ing medium.
