6.2.1 Circulation pumping with filtration and monitoring
For the circulation pumping with filtration and monitoring up to
the cleanliness class, proceed as follows:

1.
Select the right filter element for an operating mode and
exchange this according to the chapter Changing the fil-
ter element.
2.
Connect the suction hose to the oil tank/container and fit
the suction hose in it and also secure it against falling
out.
3.
Connect the pressure hose to the oil tank/container and
fit the pressure hose in it and also secure it against fall-
ing out.
4.
Connect the filter unit to the voltage source.
5.
Switch the filter unit on at the main switch.
6.
Continuously monitor the fluid level in the oil tank/con-
tainer to be filled during circulation pumping.

If the required filling quantity is reached, switch the fil-
ter unit off at the main switch.
7.
Remove the pressure hose from the oil tank/container
and empty the contents back into the oil tank/container.
Wind the hose onto the hose retainer and insert the
lance into the holder.
