Changing the filter membrane
The ball valve on the filter membrane holder serves as an isolation valve for
ultrasonic operation or for emergencies.
Ensure that the analysis fluid has been completely sucked away before you
remove the filter membrane.
1.
Hold the holder with one hand on
the lower part.
With your other hand, undo the
union nut counterclockwise.
2.
Put down the lower part together
with the filter membrane in its
holder.
3.
Remove the filter membrane for
analysis and label it as shown in
the example on page 44.
