Turn the flow control
valve counterclockwise
until measurement
operation starts.

The internal filter is
contaminated. Because of
the inlet pressure of <2
bar, the "Filter
contaminated" fault
message is not issued.
Replace the FCU filter
element.
Filter contaminated
The internal protection
filter for the flow control
valve of the FCU is
exhausted.
Replace the FCU filter
element.

only appear with the
OF5C filter unit)
The clogging indicator
fitted in the OF5C has
been activated, the OF5C
