ACD1 (Operator Overflow)
You may direct incoming calls to a group of stations. After the timer of
ACD1 05-09-06
expires a first level message will be played to the caller. After
ACD2 05-09-07
timer
expires a second level message will be played and will repeat each time this timer expires
until the
ACD release timer 05-09-08
expires at which time the call will be dropped. Up
to two special ACD mailboxes may be assigned and callers may be prompted to leave a
message in this mailbox while listening to ACD message level 2. The ACD mailbox can
be programmed to appear on the telephone set of admin phones and will flash when a
message is left in the mailbox. If pressed in the idle mode the station user has the ability
to record greetings and access to all mailbox features related to the ACD function.
