Call Accounting

The following areas are required for proper operation of call
accounting in the system.
Program 14-01
Recording Start Time
. This is the grace period for the
initial call before the timer and charging begins. On ISDN this parameter should not be
used as ISDN calls will not start recording a time until the called party answers so will be
accurately charged automatically. If PSTN lines are using Reversal on Answer they also
will not record a time until the called party answers. So this parameter will only be used
where ROA is not used or not available.
Program 14-02
Record Incoming Call
. Suggest it to be disabled.
Program 14-04
Record Unanswered calls
. Suggest it to be disabled.
Program 14-05
Print Page Header
. Prints Hotel name at top of printed call
record.
Program 14-06
Records between headers
Defines the records between
header and is usually specific to the type of printer you are using. 66 is a reasonably
standard page length for most printers so a figure below this should give good results.
