When using the SET command, if the no PIN input request exists currently, an error

ge “+CME ERROR” will be returned.

Verifying PIN or PUK during an emergency call may make the call disconnected.

READY: MT without password input request
SIM PIN: UICC/SIM PIN password request

blocked for 3 verification failure.
