Recommended power off timing (cut off 3.3 V)
ME936 is powered directly to battery
For use case ME936 is connected directly to battery, such as tablet platforms,
Power_On_Off pin should be controlled by a GPIO from host to control ME936 power
On/Off.
It is critical to make sure the module is safely powered off when the Tablet SoC is
shut off. There will be current leakage if the module is not powered off properly. So it
is important to keep Power_On_Off pin logic low for more than
500 ms
to power off
the module.
The recommended connections are shown as in Figure 3-8 .
