Quickoffice
Use Quickoffice to view Microsoft
®
Office Word,
Microsoft ® Office Excel ® , and Microsoft ® Office
PowerPoint
®
files on your device. Quickoffice supports
viewing Microsoft Office Word (.doc and .docx), Excel
(.xls and .xlsx), PowerPoint (.ppt, .pps, and .pptx), and
text (.txt) files.
Viewing Documents, Presentations, and
Spreadsheets
Make sure you have copied the files to the device’s
microSD card before you open Quickoffice.
1. Press and tap
> Quickoffice
. (You may need
to scroll down the screen to see the icon.)
2. Tap the file you want to open.
3. While viewing a file, you can:

Slide your finger on the screen to pan or go
through the pages of the file.
䡲
Turn your phone sideways to view the file in
landscape mode.
䡲
To zoom in, spread your thumb and index finger
across the screen. To zoom out, pinch your thumb
and index finger on the screen.
䡲
Press and then tap
Worksheet
to view other
worksheets in an Excel file.
䡲
When you open Word documents, Quickoffice
reformats the text to make it fit the screen’s width.
Press
and then tap
View
to switch between
normal and reformatted modes.
Editing a Document or Worksheet
1. While viewing a document or worksheet, press ,
and then tap
Edit .
2. Make your changes on the file.
3.
When done, press , and then tap Save

(or
More > Save as
) to keep your changes.
Tip: If you have a long file list,, press and tap
Sort
to
arrange your file by name or date. Press to look for
specific filenames.
