To replace the component, reverse the removal procedure.

Procedure

1. Power down the compute module

2. Remove the compute module

Place the compute module on a flat, level work surface.

4. Remove the access panel

5. Remove all drives

6. Remove all drive blanks

CAUTION:

Remove all drives and drive blanks before removing the drive backplane.

Disconnect the premium backplane cable.

8. Remove the front panel/drive cage assembly

Remove the drive backplane from the front panel/drive cage assembly.
