Making
Connections
There
are

busses

this
system:

Bus

Bus
Both
busses
use
the
same
t
yp e
of
connector
and
cable,
but
the
busses
are
not
in
terc
hangeable.
The
HP-IB
Bus
The
computer
retains
full
con
trol
of
this
bus,
no
other
device
can
send
commands
unless
the
computer
relinquishes
con
trol.
