Air distributor
For this purpose adjust the valves on both sides
evenly to apply more fan air to the desired
hopper.
After sowing reset the valves again.

Air distributor with valves
The correct distribution must be determined by
field tests or using a test placement and should
be checked when starting and during work.
NOTE
¾
Adjust the ventilation flap before starting
sowing.
¾
Always adjust both valves evenly.
¾
Check the settings daily.
The mark above the 0 shows the position of
the valve.
In the middle position 0 the air is distributed
evenly to all hoses.
If the valves are placed more toward the out-
side, more air will enter the inside hoses and
vice versa.
¾
Move the valves back to the middle position
after drilling.
¾
Check the hose assembly and allocation of
the hoppers to the distributor towers before
filling to avoid mix-ups.
Determine fan speed and valve position
For the first drilling incidents or a new seed/
fertiliser combination it is recommended to run
a test placement before starting drilling. This is
necessary to determine the required fan speed,
to achieve correct transverse distribution.
The simulation speed is used to place the de-
sired amount of seed and fertiliser on a level
surface.
¾
Follow the operating instructions of the
E-Manager to this end.
The work signal can be switched via additional
clips in the height adjustment, or by disconnect-
ing the plug from the pressure sensor.
Several test placements with different fan
speeds and ventilation flap settings may prob
-
ably be necessary.
For an accurate evaluation of the results it is
recommended to catch and weigh the quantities
at the individual coulters.
