Nozzle discs
Pressure gauges are fitted to the hopper tub
and the individual section valves that are used
to check whether the correct nozzle discs are
installed for the desired placing quantity.
The pressure gauges on the hopper tub indicate
the pressure for each half-width, the pressure
gauges on the valves indicate the pressure on
the respective valve.
NOTE
The pressure must be in the range of 1 - 5 bar.
The handwheels are used to adjust the section
valves for the half-width shut-off.
¾
To this end, keep both sides enabled and read
the pressure on the pressure gauge (F) and
write it down, if necessary.
¾
Switch off one half-width. The pressure in
-
creases, observe the pressure gauge (F).
Change the pressure via the handwheels so that
it matches the value noted before.

¾
Switch on the drilling function on the terminal.
This flushes the flow meter and the section
valves.
¾
Switch off the drilling function again. The
flushes the return of the section valves.
