Venting the pump
CAUTION
Risk of damage to the pump.
¾
Vent the pump before each use to prevent
damage from dry-running.
The pump can be vented in two ways:
1. Filling via the hose connection.

Connect a hose to the ball valve (item 6).
¾
Fill the pump via this hose.
2. Filling via the hopper

Fill the hopper of the seed wagon.
¾
Open the valve (4).
¾
Close the valves again as soon as water es-
capes from the valve (4). The pump is now
vented.
Filling with pump
CAUTION
Danger of damage to the hopper. When filling
the hopper with pressure, the air will not be able
to escape quick enough.
¾
Do not fill the hopper unattended.
¾
Do not overfill the hopper. Observe the filling
level indicator.

if the hose is not vented.

Open the ball valves at the hopper outlets
under the seed wagon.
¾
Open the 2-way valve (1).
