Is the knife height OK?

If the last few sheets left uncut just after replacing the
knife, the knife height is not correct. See page 9
and lower the knife.
Are the cutting stick and the knife OK?

If there is a groove on the cutting stick as shown in
the drawing above, the last few sheets are left uncut,
or the cutting edge is rough. Change the cutting stick
face or replace it. If the groove is shallow and the last
one sheet is left uncut, place few sheets under the
cutting stick. Prepare the sheets whose width is the
same as the cutting stick.

If the knife edge is worn, the dull knife causes the
louder cutting noise and the last few sheets are left
uncut. Replace the knife. Service technicians should
bring back the used knife.
The wear of the knife can not be seen by the eyes. The repeated
operation with the dull knife may result in machine malfunction.
The knife needs to be replaced earlier.
