COMPONENT MAINTENANCE MANUAL

If the wires are new, cut them at 45 mm (1.772 in) from the power board (01-370) and
crimp them on 3 mm (0.118 in).

(v)

Solder all the wires on the power board (01-370) (Ref. Fig. 7003).

(w)

Clean the solders and apply a layer of varnish SCC3 (MXXD).

(x)

Cut a 80 mm (3.15 in) length of yellow wire (01-790) and crimp it on 3 mm (0.118
in) on the both sides.

(y)

Solder the yellow wire (01-790) on the power board (01-370) with solder material (M60X)
(Ref. Fig. 7004).

(z)

Clean the solder and apply a layer of varnish SCC3 (MXXD).

(aa) Bond the yellow wire (01-790) on the power board (01-370) with a spot of adhesive

material (M81B) close to the solder.
