Disconnect the test lead (T01) from the fan.

Free Delivery Test at Low Speed

(a)
Attach the fan on the test bench (T02).
(b)
Connect the fan to the test lead (T01).
(c)
Supply the fan under 28 VDC.
(d)
On the test lead (T01), set the power switch to the ON position and the speed selection
switch to the low speed position.
(e)
Check the rotation speed of the impeller with a stroboscope. Record the value.
(f)
Make sure that the speed value is between 8000 rpm and 8600 rpm.
(g)
Check the input current. Record the value.
(h)
Make sure that the current value is between 7,5 A and 10,5 A.
(i)
Remove the fan from the test bench (T02).
(j)
Disconnect the test lead (T01) from the fan.

(a)
Attach the fan on the test bench (T02).
(b)
Connect the fan to the test lead (T01).
(c)
Supply the fan under 28 VDC.
(d)
On the test lead (T01), set the power switch to the ON position and the speed selection
switch to the high speed position.
(e)
Check the rotation speed of the impeller with a stroboscope. Record the value.
(f)
Make sure that the speed value is between 12500 rpm and 13100 rpm.
(g)
Check the input current. Record the value.
(h)
Make sure that the current value is less than or equal to 32 A.
(i)
Remove the fan from the test bench (T02).
(j)
Disconnect the test lead (T01) from the fan.
