Connect the fan to the test lead (T01).

(b)

Connect together the test lead (T01) pins.

(c)

Set the ON/OFF switch of the test lead (T01) to ON.

(d)

Set the HIGH/LOW switch of the test lead (T01) to HIGH.

(e)

With the megohmmeter measure the insulation resistance under 50 VDC, between the
test lead (T01) pins together and the bonding stand off.

(f)

Keep this voltage during 1 min.

(g)

Make sure that the value is more than or equal to 10 M
