Have your snowblower inspected and repaired by your authorized
Honda dealer as soon as you complete the snow removal operation.
Remove the motor cover (see page ).
Remove the lock pin.
Loosen the lock nut and remove the guide cable from the holder.
Remove the gear by removing the center bolt.
Hold the discharge chute guide so that it is positioned lowest, install
the gear as shown.
Install the guide cable and lock pin in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten the lock nut securely.
Reinstall the motor cover (see page
).
