Snow discharge chute Manual adjustment
Discharge angle adjustment:
(ETS, EWS)
BOLTS
BOLTS
WORK LIGHT
CONNECTOR
CLIP
MOTOR COVER
NUTS
BOLTS
SNOW DISCHARGE CHUTE
In the event that the snow discharge chute cannot be operated
electrically, open the battery cover and check for brown fuse. If the
fuse is not brown, adjust the snow discharge angle and distance as
follows:
Check that the engine switch is in
the OFF position.
Remove the four bolts securing
the motor cover.
D i s c o n n e c t t h e
w o r k l i g h t
connector.
Loosen the bolt securing the work
light and remove the clip, then
remove the motor cover.
Remove the two nuts.
Loosen the bolts that fasten the
chuter set plates.
Raise the discharge chute enough
to bring the chuter gear out of
engagement with the motor gear.
Set the discharge chute at the
desired angle.
Retighten the chuter set plate
bolts.
Tighten the two nuts.
Reinstall the motor cover.
Reinstall the clip and retighten the
work light bolt. Connect the work
light connector.
