CYLINDER/PISTON 

Install the cylinder while holding the piston 

rings  w i t h the piston ring compressors. 

NOTE 

PISTON BASE 

No. 07958-25000 

Avoid damaging the pistons and piston 
rings when installing the cylinder. 

Install the cam chain guide. 

Install the cam chain tensioner base and slide 

the O-ring over the tensioner adjusting bolt. 

Install the plain washer and lock nut. 
Install the tensioner on the tensioner base  w i t h 

the pin and clips. 

NOTE 

Do not drop the pin or  d i p into the 

crank case. 

Pull the cam chain tensioner al 
tighten the lock nut securely.
