CARBURETOR
FLOAT LEVEL ADJUSTMENT
To adjust the float level, bend the float arm
carefully until the float t i p just contacts the
float valve.
F L O A T L E V E L : 14.5 mm (0.57 in.)
THROTTLE VALVE ASSEMBLY
Install the jet needle into the t h r o t t l e valve
and clamp it w i t h the needle cap plate.
NOTE
Install the needle cap plate on the lower
position of throttle valve completely.
Install the t h r o t t l e cable and spring.
Install the t h r o t t l e valve.
