Footswitch Assembly, MRI
1. Remove damaged footswitch by disconnecting connections to console.
2. Connect replacement footswitch to console.
i. SR6408-03 Non-MRI for ATEC Pearl console.
ii. SR6408-02 MRI for ATEC Sapphire and ATEC Emerald consoles.
3. Wrap tubing around cord management plate, counterclockwise, starting from the
bottom.
3.6.16 Compressor and Vacuum Pump Mounts
Inspection
Example of a cracked mount.
1. Examine the compressor and vacuum pump mounts on the bottom of the base plate.
These should be free from any cracks or rips.
2. Verify that all of the mounting hardware is in place for all 8 mounts.
a. There should be one screw through the center of the mount.
b. Two screws with lock washers and nuts securing each mount.
3. Repair any mounts that are cracked or have missing hardware.
4. If one mount for the compressor is cracked or ripped, then replace all 4 mounts.
a. If one mount for the vacuum pump is cracked or ripped, then replace all 4
mounts.
b. Use only the necessary sections, following instructions to replace any cracked
mounts.
