Fan Replacement

1. Pull the necessary number of fans from inventory.
a. If necessary, remove the compressor and vacuum pump. Follow the
instructions for removal in the Mount Replacement step (Section 3.6.16).
Replace the compressor muffler if the compressor is removed.
2. Discard the broken fan(s) and correctly position the new fan(s).
a. Bottom fan power connection is located in the top right hand corner.
b. Top fan power connection is located in the top left hand corner.
3. Reuse the 4 screws and 4 lock washers to install each fan.
4. Torque screws to 10 in/lbs.

Fan Guard
1. Examine the fan guards. Check fan guards for any dents that could interfere with fan
operation.
2. If the fan operation can be affected, replace fan guard.
