Check the settings on the device; write
HobbyConnect as one word and not two.
Check the app settings in the respective

The Hobby -Box is not recognised. Check whether the device is connected to
the power system.
The red and green LED lights must blink in
the upper left-hand corner.
The box is connected to the power system,
but it is not recognised.
Check the data cable on the box. Restart
the device by separating it from the power
supply system for 10 seconds and then
reconnecting it.
Contact your dealer.
Logged into the app, but the box is in
offline mode.
Have your dealer check GSM and GSM
reception.
If necessary, change the location and then
check again.
Only the air-conditioning system is not
recognised.
Press the main switch located directly on the
roof air-conditioning system to operate the
device.
