Securing the concertina door while driving

When returning the bed to its storage position, ensure that
the fabric facing on the sides does not slip out and behind
the bed, where it would get caught in the mechanical system.
When the caravan is not in use, lower the bed somewhat
or remove the mattress from the drop down bed to ensure
there is enough air circulation in this area of the vehicle.
