4. No voltage is applied to the laser
tube.
5. The laser tube fuse is blown,
6. The laser tube does not work
normally.
1. Select the correct laser type. - For
10W, select CO2 and Type1. - For
30W, select CO2 and Type2.
2. Check if the interlock connector is
connected properly.
3. Check that the top cover is closed and
the cover SW is in proper contact.
4. Make sure that voltage is applied to the
laser tube.
5. Check if the laser tube fuse is not
blown.

YAG DC-power/MO
failure/absorber
overheat
1. Incorrect laser type selection.
1. Select the correct laser type.
- For 10W, select CO2 and Type1.
- For 30W, select CO2 and Type2.
0x30 Overspeed
1. The moving speed of the conveyor is
too fast.
2. The scanner speed is too slow.
3. The message size is too large and
there is not enough time to print
everything.
4. The space between the current print
object and the next print object is too
narrow.
5. The signal to the photocell is not sent
correctly.
(Chattering is occurring.)
1. Reduce the conveyor speed.
2. Increase the scanner speed.
3. Reduce the size of the message to be
printed.
4. Increase the space between the
current print object and the next print
object.
5. Review the photocell and its location.

Barcode
Parameters
1. Barcode data must be created
internally by the laser and some
barcode parameters (usually the text
to be codified) is not conform to the
barcode rules.
1. Check if the text of the field that must
be represented as a 1D or 2D code is
correct.
2. Check that the quantity of characters
of the 1D code can be represented on
the defined element.
3. Check that the quantity of characters
of the 2D code can be fitted on the
defined matrix dimensions.
