2.3 Error codes - Service Advice

Motor current inrush error

Current difference greater than

Potentiometer has failed

Check :
1. Potentiometer connects to the gear
wheel
2. Electrical connection to the
potentiometer
3. Electrical connection to the board
4. Continuity of the cable from
potentiometer to board

Invalid current read when lift
not moving
5 minute time out before the system
is operational again
If error repeats; Contact Hill-Rom
0319
Overtemperature occurred
System does not allow operation if
the temperature is too high. When
the temperature cools down the
system can operate again
If error repeats; Contact Hill-Rom

Error occurred during motor
calibration
System can function but using
default motor calibration values
Contact Hill-Rom

Overload occurred detected by
the software, should only occur
if lifting over the SWL,
(Software trigger)
Lift should allow downward move

If this occurs at loads below the SWL;
contact Hill Rom.
If this occurs above the SWL, the lift is
being used out of specification.
0322 Overload occurred detected by
the software, should only occur
if lifting over the SWL,
(Hardware trigger)
Lift should allow downward move

ment, upward movement available
after 2 seconds
If this occurs at loads below the SWL;
contact Hill Rom.
If this occurs above the SWL, the lift is
being used out of specification.
