Steps
1. On the Device Management interface, select the desired device in the list and click Remote
Configuration.
2. Click System → Serial Port Configuration .

3. Configure serial parameters, including Serial Port Type, Baud Rate, Data Bit, Stop Bit, Parity,
and Flow Control.
4. Click Save.
Note
Ensure that the serial parameter configuration is the same as that of the keyboard device.
