1. PV is for present temperature value:
When the main power is on, this PID temperature controller will measure the present
temperature of the hot melt tank.
2.
SV is for set temperature value:
1)
Press “<-” button, the SV indicator will light.
2)
Press “UP” and “DOWN” to adjust temperature.
3)
At last press “SET” button to storage the value. The controller will operation accordingly.
3.
“OUT 1”, the indicator for confirming heating
The indicator will keep on while heating.
4.
“AT”, auto calculation indicator
PID temperature controller automatically calculates at first time, depending on the adhesive
amount in the melting tank. At this moment “AT” indicator keeps ON. Afterward PID
temperature controller does not calculate automatically and “AT” indicator keeps OFF.
5.
“AL1”, alarm indicator
When the practical temperature is more or less than the upper and lower limit, the
“AL1”indicator on the LCD will flicker continuously.
6. “<-”, setting button
Press “<-“, SV indicator keeps flickering. Input the required tank temperature value by
pressing “Value setting button”(

or
▼
), and then press “SET” button to storage the
setting value.
7. “SET”, function shift button
The parameters would be displayed by pressing “SET” button for 5 seconds. Use “UP” and
“DOWN” buttons to re-set parameters. The following is the introduction of each function,
1)
Auto calculation setting: When set to YES, PID carries out automatic calculation. When
set to NO, PID does not carry out automatic calculation.
2)
Setting of upper and lower limit of temperature: TO set the required temperature range.
When the practical temperature reaches a value within this range, it is considered as an
effective temperature.
