4. Heating wire inside heating
hose is broken. Replace a new heating hose.
1. Temperature is not yet to
arrive at setting value. It is necessary to wait for all
temperature is arriving at setting
value.
2. Motor is not running. Check electrical wires of motor if
they are loose.
3. Nozzle tip is block by
charred adhesive or some
impurities. Take off nozzle tip and clean it by
solvent.
4. Filter of dispensing nozzle
is block.
Unstable glue amount or
no glue flow out.
5. Filter of manifold is block.
Take out filter assembly from
dispensing nozzle and clean it.
1. Temperature sensor comes
off the tank. Insert the sensor into melting tank.
2. SSR is broken. Replace a new one.
3. PID Temperature controller
is broken.
Replace a new one.
Heating system of melting
tank is out of control.
1. Temperature sensor is
short.
Replace a new one.
1. Nozzle tip is loose Re-tighten nozzle tip
Adhesive leakage from
nozzle tip.
2. Dispensing nozzle is
broken.
Replace a new one.
1. Adhesive inside melting
tank is not enough. Load enough adhesive into melting
tank.
2. Viscosity of adhesive is too
high
(1,000~2,0000 cps is
suggested)
Increase temperature.

3. Adhesive inside melting
tank is not melted
completely. Make sure adhesive is melted
completely then start motor.

please re-set.

yet. Start motor after temperature is

broken. Replace a new switch.
