2-6 NORMAL OPERATION PROCEDURE
2-6-1 PROCEDURE OF TURNING ON MACHINE
1.
TURN ON THE EXTERNAL POWER
SUPPLY.
2.
Turn on the power switch on control panel.
(“ON” position)
3.
Check the hot melt adhesive inside tank is
enough or not, if necessary, please load enough
adhesive into tank.
4.
Check all the temperature on temperature
controller is correct. If they are not the required
temperature, please re-set the temperature.
5. Turn on the motor by pressing the “START”
button on the control panel after all temperature of
each area have reached the setting value and the
adhesive in the tank has been melt completely.
