4) Press “START” switch to start motor, and adjust the inverter to increase the speed of the
motor to make all hot melt adhesive inside the tank flow out to the container.
5) Turn off motor after hot melt adhesive being flowed out without any impurities, and then
disassemble filter assembly from manifold by spanner.

Please refer to the following order while disassembling this filter assembly, unscrew the
screw(6)-> take out the cap(5)-> take out the screen holder(4)-> take out the screen(3)->
take out the back-ring(3)-> take out the O-ring(2)

Check mesh screen to see if any crack or fold on screen. If yes, please replace a new mesh
screen.
8)
Check O-Ring and Back-Ring to see if any crack on surface. If yes, please replace it.
9)
Check related metal components to if they are damaged. If yes, please replace a new one.
10)
If this filter assembly is no any damage, please soak these components in the solvent for
clean. Some parts may need clean by heat gun. Do not use metal brush to clean mesh screen
to avoid damaging mesh screen.
11)
Refer to diagram to assemble this filter, and install this filter into manifold then tighten it by
spanner.
12)
Turn on the motor to make hot melt adhesive inside the tank flow out until there is no
impurities in adhesive, and turn off motor.
13)
Re-connect the heating hose with manifold by spanner.
NOTE: It is necessary to keep working temperature before installing filter assembly, or the
mesh screen will be damaged by cool adhesive inside manifold.
3-5 PERIODIC MAINTENANCE
1) Always wear the protective glasses, clothing and heat-resistant gloves to avoid being burned
by hot surface of components or molten glue.
2) Make sure inner air pressure of heating hose and dispensing nozzle is exhausted before
plugging or unplugging the connectors of heating hose and dispensing nozzle for safety.
3-5-1 GENERAL MAINTENANCE
1) Clean the air regulator
2) Clean the electrical control box (Do not unscrew any electrical terminals to avoid getting
short)

Check joint between heating hose, dispensing nozzle and manifold to see if any leakage. If
yes, please check washer to see if it is broken. If washer is broken, please replace a new
washer.
4)
Check driving system to see if any unusual noise or broken. It is necessary to plaster
heat-resistant lubrication on chain and gear.
