operation.
Difference temperature
Is the temperature at which the heat supplier (for instance: heat
pump) must be higher than the buffer bottom temperature, that the
buffer loading pump is activated.
Switching temperature
The switching temperature is the average daytime temperature
that conducts the switching between summer mode and winter
mode.An average value of the outside temperature (24h) is
calculated.
If, for example, the switching temperature is set to
calculated average value is below 19°C, the buffer is charged to
the winter must temperature. If this is not the case, the boiler is
charged to the summer set temperature.
Temp. increase
To compensate the heat losses on the pipes between
and buffer tank, an temperature increase can be applied to the
buffer must temperature.Depending on the length of the pipes, an
temperature increase can be set.
Settings 2
Balance tank
After the heat pump is switched off there is
check whether the required temperature (at the buffer) is
available.Should this temperature not be reached, then the heat
pump no longer starts up (even if, for example, buffer bottom
target is no reached)
Fastrun heating
If the fastrun heating is activated, in the starting phase only the
top of the buffer is charged. Thus the buffer top must

supplied faster.

To compensate the heat losses on the pipes between heat pump
and buffer tank, an temperature increase can be applied to the
buffer must temperature.Depending on the length of the pipes, an
temperature increase can be set.
After the heat pump is switched off there is firstly a comparison to
check whether the required temperature (at the buffer) is
available.Should this temperature not be reached, then the heat
pump no longer starts up (even if, for example, buffer bottom
target is no reached)
If the fastrun heating is activated, in the starting phase only the
top of the buffer is charged. Thus the buffer top must
temperature is reached faster and the consumers can be
supplied faster.
The fastrun heating is activated until the buffer top must
temperature is reached. At heat pumps is this parameter not
relevant!
Activate the Buffer re-layering
-Layering the hot water from buffer to buffer (at heat pumps
not relevant!)
Example:
A micro-net with three houses (one buffer per house) is supplied
by a large buffer (boiler house). If buffer re-layering is activated all
three buffers are charged up (forced loading) as soon as a buffer
tank has an requirement. If buffer re-layering is inactive only the
buffer with the requirement is charged up.
It only makes sense to activate the buffer re-layering if all buffers
need heat constantly. If there is for example a weekend house in
the micro net, the buffer re-layering does not make sense.
