5.9 Emptying the water
Description Water drainage removes water residue from the unit to prevent frost
damage during transport and idle period.
Requirement
Both water connections are connected to compressed air.
The pressure may not exceed 6 bar.
The cooking chamber temperature is < 130°C.
Overview
Starting to drain the water
Touch the "START" field.
Start of the automatic water drainage.
Display of the cooking chamber temperature and remaining
time.
Canceling the water

Touch the "STOP" field.
