Rain sensor
The 230V power supply (4) for the ONYX control unit (3) can be provided
via the 230V junction box (1) or externally if placed remotely from the
system.
The ONYX control unit is positioned in the free space of the LED control
unit (2) after connecting the cables. Use cable ties to secure any cable
lines that are sticking out!
The rain sensor is delivered ex works with 2.5 m long control cables (8).
For extension of the control lines (8) and cable routing through the box
panels to the outside, see chapter “Installing the Somfy Ondeis
24V rain
sensor”.
Wind sensor
The 230V power supply (4) for the ONYX.WEATHER weather station (6)
can be provided via the, ONYX control unit junction box (1), the ONYX
control unit (3) or externally if placed remotely from the system.
