Installation of the VENTUR SIDE

Guide rail VENTUR SIDE M
The wired motor with
automatic locking in the
lower end position switches
off with torque in the upper
end position.
For this purpose, a stopper
plate is screwed to the top
of the 55x75 guide rail in
the "VENTUR SIDE M with
ONYX" version ex works.
Attention:
The guide rails on the left
and right must be mounted
at the same height so that
the blind ends up straight in
the upper end position.
This is done by fitting the
guide rail (1) with stopper
plate (2) all the way up
against the side head
pieces of the VENTUR
SIDE (3). (see the
illustration).
After a few cycles, a
reduced torque is
automatically set.

VENTUR SIDE (optional)
Shorten the PVC guiding
profiles at the bottom as
required and hinge it into
the basic profile.
Hereby the spring elements
(neoprene buffer or torsion
spring) must be hinged into
the groove provided for this
purpose.

Installation of the VENTUR SIDE
VENTUR SIDE (optional)
At first stick the shaft with
the cover on the bearing
side with the telescopic
roller capsule with ball
bearing onto the bearing
bolt. Put the motor into the
motor bearing and equip
with a retaining ring. Lock
the telescopic roller capsule
by turning. Place the motor
cable in the upper groove of
the basic profile and pass it
to the distribution box in the
column for the power
supply. Optionally each side
of the pergola VENTURA
can be equipped with the
vertical blind VENTUR
SIDE.

Installation of the VENTUR SIDE
As shown, the cable is
without loop and laid at the
shortest distance to the exit
(upper notch of the basic
profile). At that, the cable
must run behind the
retaining ring to the motor
bearing (eyelet and cable
are at the same position).
To prevent damage to the
cable, it may not come in
contact with the cover.
Insert the zip fastener into
the PVC guiding profile.
With guide rail 55x75 mm:
Adjust the position of the
lower locking pieces.
Tighten the screws of the
locking pieces at the
position desired. Vertically
and horizontally adjustable
(see chapter “Fine
adjustment of the locking
device of the front rail
profile”).
