Clean contacts.

Notify customer service.
Bottom LED lights up
green.
Battery is deeply discharged, the
charger is trying to boost the batte-
ry voltage.
If it is successful, normal
charging starts. (Never store
batteries in the discharged
state).
If it is not successful, the lowe-
st LED lights up red (see the
following table).
Top LED lights up red. Faulty battery.
Replace battery.
