• Cover unit with a suitable protective cover that does not retain moisture. Do not use sheet
plastic as a dust cover. A nonporous cover will trap moisture around the machine, promoting
rust and corrosion.
• If storing the machine in an unventilated area, rust proof the machine using a light oil or
silicone to coat the machine. Lubricate with oil or silicone oil especially all the moving parts,
cables, bearings and fin.
• Clean the exterior of the engine and the machine.
• Keep the machine in good condition, if necessary change warning and instruction labels on
the machine.
• Do not transport the sweeper, put it out of operation and store when tilted forward, backward
or sideways.
• Do not store the sweeper in damp rooms, in rooms where fertilizers are stored, in stables or near
them. Tilting may cause the engine oil to get to the combustion space, which in consequence
may bring problems wit starting and oil carbonization – risk of strong corrosion formation.
FUEL STORAGE
• Store the gasoline only in special can, otherwise there is a risk of fuel contamination.
• If you use contaminated gasoline there is a risk of irregular engine running or its damage.
• Store minimum quantity of the fuel which you can use to 14 days. Do not use fuel older than
14 days.
ENGINE STORAGE
• Engines stored more than 30 days require special attention.
• It is necessary to prevent creating of resin sediments in fuel system, contingently in main parts
of carburetor.
• If fuel tank contains oxidated or reformulated petrol (petrol with addition of alcohol or aether)
let the engine run till all the fuel is consumed.
• Replace engine oil.
• Screw out spark plug and pour in the cylinder ca 15 ml of engine oil. Fasten again the spark
plug and slowly turn the engine so that the oil would be evenly distributed on the piston and
cylinder.
• Remove dirt from the engine.
• For engine protection use Fuel stabiliser which is available at petrol stations.
Caution: Never store engine in vicinity of stoves, ovens, water heaters with pilot
light, contingently other devices which can produce sparks.
• If the fuel is left in the machine longer than 30 days it could case stopping of fuel system.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problems which you meet while working with the machine have mostly very simple reason which
you can put easy in order by yourself. If your are in doubts or if the repair is more complicated,
or it is a failure which is not described here, contact authorised service center. All repairs let do
in authorised service centers, which used original spare parts.
CAUTION! Failures of your machine which require larger interference must always
be eliminated by authorized service center. Unauthorized interferences can cause
damages. If you can not rectify the fault using the measures described here, contact
