Als grobe Richtlinie sollte der Datendurchsatz in MByte/s
berechnet werden. Ein Signal (Sample) kann hierbei mit
8 Byte angesetzt werden. Es besteht auch die Möglich
keit experimentell zu prüfen, ob die gewählte Konfigura
tion funktioniert. catman bietet Diagnosemöglichkeiten
über die untere Statusleiste an. Es ist möglich, sich wäh
rend der Datenerfassung eine Überblick über die Prozes
sor- und Speicherauslastung zu machen.

Das mit EWF (

ilter) bezeichnete Pro
gramm verhindert, dass Dateien auf der Partition C: (un
beabsichtigt) geändert oder überschrieben werden. Dies
könnte z.B. bei einem Ausfall der Spannungsversorgung
passieren, wenn Windows dadurch nicht ordnungsgemäß
beendet wird. Das Programm stellt deshalb nach dem
Einschalten des CX22B‒W immer den „vorherigen“ Zu
stand wieder her.
Alle Daten oder Programme, die auf C: gespeichert
werden, sind daher nur temporär gespeichert und nach
einem erneuten Einschalten wieder gelöscht.
Um Einstellungen oder Programme dauerhaft auf C:
speichern zu können, müssen Sie
Änderungen sichern
und neu starten
im Startbildschirm („CX22Shell“)
verwenden. Damit werden Änderungen dauerhaft über
nommen und stehen auch nach dem nächsten Neustart
des CX22B‒W zur Verfügung.
