Safety shear pin
The universal spring vice is equipped with a safety shear pin which prevents the appliance from
overloading.
Replacement of the Safety Shear Pin:
1. Disconnect the drive from the output. Debur
the shearing area if necessary.

2. Remove the O-ring and the fragments of the
shear pin.
3. Replace the drive as shown in the illustration,
insert a new safety shear pin and fit the O-ring.
Note:
Safe functioning can only be assured
if the original HAZET replacement set
4903-01/3 is used!
